Motorcyclist in critically injured in crash

first_imgPORTER RANCH – A 24-year-old man on a motorcycle crashed into a car turning left today, leaving the motorcyclist in critical condition, police said. The 2 p.m. collision happened at Tampa and Atlanta avenues, according to the Los Angeles Police Department’s Valley Traffic Division. The driver of a Honda Accord was turning left from Tampa onto Atlanta. The driver of the motorcycle, a 24-year-old from Northridge, was going north on Tampa and collided with the left-turning car. The motorcyclist was thrown from his bike and was hospitalized in critical condition, according to the Valley Traffic Division.
